Virginia Moore
Chief of Staff and Contract Program Manager
Ms. Moore is the Chief of Staff and Contract Program Manager for the NCO. She plans, manages, and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities of the office. Ms. Moore serves as the right-hand of the Director and Deputy Director in providing oversight and critical information to facilitate executive decision making. In addition, she supervises the contract team and ensures high-level contract compliance and the timely and efficient delivery of products and deliverables that meet or exceed the customers’ expectations.
Ms. Moore is a 23-year veteran of the United States Air Force. Her last assignment was an assignment on Air Force One, where she was the liaison with White House Military Office and White House Travel Office. Ms. Moore was the point person who coordinated, validated, and cleared all passengers traveling aboard Air Force One. Ms. Moore also provided administrative support to the President, White House Staff, and other high-ranking dignitaries while performing her duties aboard Air Force One.
