Communications and Public Affairs Coordinator

Caitlyn serves as the communications and public affairs coordinator for the NITRD national Coordination Office (NCO) where she spearheads the organization’s strategic communications including managing content development and internal and external messaging. Collaborating with NITRD’s agency members, she serves as the editor for the organization’s biweekly newsletter that highlights the impact of NITRD’s member agencies. Blizzard is a Florida native with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts from the University of West Florida.
