Mallory Hinks
Technical Coordinator
Dr. Hinks is a Technical Coordinator for the NCO and the NITRD Program. She provides subject matter expertise, meeting coordination, and facilitation, in support of the Wireless Spectrum R&D and Large Scale Networking Interagency Working Groups.
Before joining the NCO, Dr. Hinks was a AAAS Science and Technology Policy Fellow in the National Nanotechnology Coordination Office, where she focused on education and outreach. Previously, Dr. Hinks served as a AAAS Congressional Science Fellow in the Office of Senator Chris Coons and managed a legislative portfolio that included science, energy, environment, conservation, and agriculture.
Dr. Hinks received her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of California, Irvine in 2017 as well as an M.S. and B.S. in Chemistry from San Diego State University.
